Move-In Day: How It Works
- Send us the flight, the school and the residence hall — plus how many people and roughly how many bags and boxes
- We track your flight into O’Hare, Midway or MKE and meet you at arrivals, with a free 60-minute wait
- Optional supply stop on the way — bedding, a mini-fridge, the things that didn’t fit in the suitcase
- We follow the school’s move-in traffic plan and unload as close to the hall as it allows
- Return trip — to your hotel, or back to the airport after the goodbyes
A local detail worth knowing: on Marquette move-in days in recent years, the university has closed parts of 13th, 17th and 18th Streets between Wells Street and Wisconsin Avenue. Every school publishes its own plan each year — we check it before your pickup so the chauffeur knows exactly where to go.
Booking for late August? Move-in weekends are some of our busiest days. Reserve the SUV as soon as your flight is set.
O’Hare, Midway or MKE?
Many out-of-state families fly into O’Hare for the flight choice, then face a 90-mile drive with a car full of luggage. MKE puts you 15 to 30 minutes from most campuses — and our office is two minutes from the terminal. We’ll quote both so you can compare fares against the drive.
