Company Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Pharaoh’s Transportation, a luxury limousine and black car service based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations must be made through our website, phone, or approved booking system.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation via email or message.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, including time, date, and location.
  • Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.

2. Special Events (Weddings & Private Events)

  • For weddings and private events, availability of vehicles must be confirmed in person by phone prior to booking. To reserve a specific vehicle for your event, please call our dispatch line at (414) 322-3751 to verify fleet availability.
  • Online reservations for weddings and private events must be submitted at least one (1) month in advance to be accepted.
  • Online reservations placed less than one month before the event date are not guaranteed — vehicle availability cannot be assured, and such reservations may be canceled.
  • To ensure the vehicle you want is available for your event, we strongly recommend calling our dispatch line at (414) 322-3751 to arrange all private-event bookings directly.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved online payments.
  • Prices quoted are final unless otherwise stated. Rates for weddings and private events are confirmed only after phone verification of availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait time, and special requests.

4. Gratuity

  • Unless otherwise stated on your invoice, gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in the quoted rate.
  • Any gratuity added at the customer’s discretion is appreciated and passed to the chauffeur.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in partial or full charges.
  • No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
  • For weddings and private events, deposits are non-refundable and cancellation must be made at least 14 days in advance to avoid full charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Wait Time & Delays

  • Airport pickups include complimentary wait time (typically 30–60 minutes).
  • Additional wait time will be billed accordingly.
  • We monitor flights, but customers must notify us of major delays or changes.

7. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.
  • The following are prohibited: smoking in vehicles, illegal substances, and damage or disorderly behavior.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused during service.

8. Cleaning & Damage Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the vehicle during service.
  • A sanitation fee applies for excessive mess, spills, or sickness that requires professional cleaning or removes the vehicle from service.
  • Applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

9. Vehicle Use & Availability

  • Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Service availability may vary due to demand, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

10. Child Safety Seats

  • Wisconsin law requires appropriate child safety seats for qualifying passengers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing and properly installing any required child safety seats.

11. Safety & Liability

  • Pharaoh’s Transportation prioritizes safety and professionalism.
  • We are not liable for traffic delays or road conditions, missed flights due to external factors, or lost or forgotten personal items.

12. Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol is permitted only where legally allowed and for passengers of legal drinking age (21 or older).
  • Service may be refused if safety becomes a concern.

13. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if terms are violated, safety is compromised, or payment issues arise.

14. Privacy & Communications

  • Customer information is used only for booking and communication purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages regarding your reservation. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
