I cannot thank this company enough for the professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service they provided during my grandfather’s funeral. During such a difficult and emotional time for my family, they showed so much empathy, patience, and care from beginning to end.
A special thank you to Khalid, the owner, for the kindness and professionalism he showed our family throughout the entire process. His communication, attention to detail, and genuine compassion did not go unnoticed and truly meant a lot to us during such a difficult time.
The vehicles were absolutely beautiful as well. The black Escalade was spotless, sharp, elegant, and carried such a professional presence. Everything was clean, polished, and handled with excellence.
The transportation was punctual, smooth, and very well organized, but what stood out most was how respectful and understanding everyone was throughout the entire process. They truly helped make a hard day a little easier for our family.

We have taken a ride with Pharaoh’s a number of times. The drivers are always on time and so professional. The cars are immaculate and luxurious and the drivers safe and knowledgeable. It takes so much stress out of traveling to have them ready when you are!

This company is terrible. I'm a disabled vet, so I booked a pick-up from the airport from this company. He assured me that they were professional and tracks the plane route and arrival time even if its delayed. I specifically asked what happens when the plane is late , his reply was "we are professionals and we will know". Last night in Milwaukee, we all know about the weather challenge. The city closed the airport temporally due to weather. One in a million! This company did try and reach out to me regarding the pending pick up or anything. They simply sent the car without checking. The car set at a closed airport and failed to communicate or check on flight status. I called to make sure my wife's pickup was still ok. The driver refuse to commit to the return pick-up and the owner said they would not go back to airport. After being very rude with little compassion to the issue , I choose to get a cab and go pick up my wife. They did not offer any refund or apology for this issue. I will be sharing this on all social media along with my family members ... Don't use this service.

I wanted to arrange round trip transportation to the MKE airport for our flight to Florida. I haven’t used a limo service for personal use before so after much due diligence I chose Pharaoh's Transportation and I’m happy to say I made the right choice! We required a 3:30am home pickup on a Sunday morning and due to a three hour delay on our return flight the airport pickup ended up being pushed to 1am. The car was great, driver was courteous and professional, and he was on time for both pickups. I would highly recommend using Pharaoh's Transportation.

On recent trips we have been picked up by Mo, Moon, and Khalid. All three arrived on time, in a very nice luxury SUV, and all three are very personable and very professional gentlemen.
We receive texts from the drivers the day before each pickup and find this very reassuring. And the vehicles they use are truly luxury - on our last few trips we were treated to Lincoln Escalade SUVs. The vehicles are brand new and meticulously maintained.
When we take a vacation, we want the best service possible to start our trip right (and to end it). Rest assured that Pharaohs is the best limo service in the Milwaukee area. This was a tremendous service. Our flight was severely delayed and our driver, Moon, waited for us for two hours at the airport. He drove us an hour and a half in a spacious and comfortable van. I can’t imagine that there’s a better service or driver in the Milwaukee area. Would absolutely recommend and we will be booking again in the future

Khaled did an amazing job chauffeuring our group around this past weekend for Halloween. He was fun, courteous, and always had the bus right outside of each bar when we were ready to move. He helped everyone off the bus and made sure everyone got home safely. 10/10 would ride with him again!

Our flight coming into MKE was delayed and we ended up landed after 1am but they tracked our flight and was waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane!

Khaled was awesome! The boys were really looking forward to having a nice ride to the prom. He was very prompt and showed everyone how nice the inside of the vehicle was. They enjoyed the ride and he even stopped on the way so one of the boys could see their aunt at work since she couldn’t join us for pictures. Tears were shed! Then, they headed for the red carpet. Would definitely use them again!

Every step of the process from scheduling to pickup and drop-off was great. Giant stress reliever. We had a flight delay which resulted in an early morning arrival, and someone was waiting with a smile to pick us up and drive us home. So glad to have found Pharaoh. We had an excellent experience with this Limo company for our wedding. They were very professional, flexible and accommodating when we wanted to decorate it. Day of were on time with great communication. Very safe with refreshments and snacks offered throughout the whole time.
