Booking the Right Number of Hours
The most common costly mistake is booking the hours the agenda says rather than the hours the day takes. Agendas leave out the drive between stops, the meeting that runs over, and the twenty minutes spent finding everyone after a lunch.
- Start the clock at the first pickup, not the first meeting
- Add the Chicago drive time between every stop — 15 to 40 minutes across the city depending on the hour
