Milwaukee Conventions: Baird Center and Downtown Hotels

The Baird Center is Milwaukee’s main convention hall, attached to the Hilton Milwaukee, with the Pfister, Hyatt Regency, Westin and other downtown hotels close by. Pharaoh’s home base at 5151 S Howell Ave is two minutes from the MKE Airport pickup line, and we keep vehicles on-site downtown, so airport runs and hotel-to-venue rides are fast even on the busiest show days. Attendees flying into O’Hare or Midway get a direct ride north on I-94 instead of a train and a transfer. See the downtown Milwaukee car service guidePfister Hotel car service and Potawatomi Casino Hotel car service.

Madison: World Dairy Expo and Monona Terrace

World Dairy Expo is the state’s biggest trade show of the fall, and it brings producers, exhibitors and buyers from around the world to the Alliant Energy Center. We handle pickups at Madison’s Dane County Regional Airport, O’Hare and MKE, plus daily hotel-to-expo runs and executive cars for exhibitors hosting clients. For meetings at Monona Terrace, we run the same service downtown. See Madison limo serviceMadison airport car service and the Madison transportation guide.

Wisconsin Dells: Kalahari Conventions

The Kalahari hosts statewide associations in the fall, including county officials and the hospitality industry. Most attendees drive, but many prefer not to: we run private rides and Sprinter groups from Milwaukee, Madison, the Fox Cities and O’Hare, with return trips timed to the closing session. See Milwaukee to Wisconsin Dells car service.

Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin

For conferences in Green Bay, we pick up at Green Bay’s airport, drive attendees up I-43 or I-41 from Milwaukee and the suburbs, and run hourly service during the event. See Green Bay car service and the Appleton and Fox Cities guide.

Airport Pickup and Drop-Off for Convention Travelers

Every Pharaoh’s airport ride runs both ways at a flat rate, with the chauffeur tracking your flight and adjusting for delays at no charge. You get your chauffeur’s name and cell number by text before you land.

MKE Mitchell Airport

Arriving: our office and fleet are two minutes from the MKE pickup line, so your chauffeur is waiting curbside at baggage claim, or inside with a name sign if you book meet-and-greet. Downtown hotels and the Baird Center are usually 15 to 20 minutes away. Departing: pickup at your hotel lobby, timed to your flight, with drop-off at the departures curb. Sedans from $60, SUVs from $99. See MKE airport car service and the MKE airport pickup guide.

Chicago O’Hare

Many convention travelers find better flights through O’Hare. Arriving: we meet you at the arrivals curb or inside at baggage claim, including Terminal 5 for international flights, and drive you straight to your Milwaukee, Madison, Dells or Green Bay hotel. Departing: for a domestic flight, plan to leave Milwaukee about three hours ahead, and about three and a half hours for international. Milwaukee to O’Hare from $199 (sedan) and $234 (SUV). See Milwaukee to O’Hare car service and the O’Hare pickup guide.

Chicago Midway

For Southwest and other Midway flights, we pick up at arrivals and drive north to your convention city, and we run the same trip in reverse on your way home. Milwaukee to Midway from $199. See Milwaukee to Midway car service and the Midway to Wisconsin guide.

Madison, Green Bay and Appleton Airports

For World Dairy Expo and Monona Terrace meetings, we pick up at Madison’s Dane County Regional Airport. For Green Bay and Fox Cities conferences, we serve Green Bay and Appleton airports. See Madison airport car service and Green Bay car service.

Downtown Chicago to Wisconsin Conventions, Both Ways

Attendees staying in Chicago or traveling from a Chicago office can ride door to door to any Wisconsin convention and back. Downtown Chicago to Milwaukee is about an hour and a half, from $249. Book one way, round trip, or hourly with the chauffeur waiting through the day. See Milwaukee to Chicago car service and the Chicago to Wisconsin corridor guide.

Hotels to and From the Convention Center

We pick up and drop off at every hotel, running scheduled rides between hotels and venues each morning and evening, plus rides to dinners and receptions.

  • Milwaukee: the Hilton Milwaukee (attached to the Baird Center), The Pfister Hotel, Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, The Westin Milwaukee, Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel, The Iron Horse Hotel, Potawatomi Casino Hotel, and Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield. See the Pfister Hotel car service guide and Potawatomi Casino Hotel car service.
  • Madison: hotels around the Capitol and Monona Terrace, including the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, the Madison Concourse Hotel and The Edgewater, plus hotels near the Alliant Energy Center.
  • Wisconsin Dells: the Kalahari and nearby Dells resorts.
  • Green Bay: downtown hotels, including Hotel Northland, and hotels near the airport.
  • Airport hotels: pickups at MKE and O’Hare-area hotels for early departures.

Sprinter and Group Transportation

A Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 14 passengers with luggage and booth materials, so a whole team arrives together. We use Sprinters for:

  • Group arrivals from MKE, O’Hare and Midway
  • Hotel-to-venue loops during the show
  • Team dinners, receptions and offsite events
  • Delegations traveling between Milwaukee, Madison, the Dells and Green Bay

For larger groups, we schedule several Sprinters and SUVs on one plan. Stretch limousines and a Sprinter party bus are available for evening events. See Sprinter limo service and why groups book Sprinters in Wisconsin.

Cadillac Escalades and Premium SUVs

Premium SUVs are the first choice for speakers, executives and client pickups: six seats, room for bags, and a quiet cabin for calls. Choose a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator, or a standard SUV such as a Chevy Suburban. SUVs run to MKE from $99 and to O’Hare from $234. See luxury SUV service, the downtown Milwaukee Escalade guide and the luxury SUV booking guide.

Chauffeur Service for Convention Days

Book a professional chauffeur by the hour and keep a car on call for the whole day: client breakfasts, the show floor, offsite meetings, dinner and the ride back to the hotel. Our chauffeurs are licensed, insured, background-checked and suit-dressed, and they know downtown Milwaukee’s drop-off points, including the Baird Center entrances. Mercedes S-Class sedans are available for executives. See chauffeur serviceexecutive limo service and hourly service.

Long-Distance Rides to and From Wisconsin Conventions

We drive attendees between Wisconsin convention cities and from across the Midwest: Chicago, Rockford, Minneapolis, Rochester, Indianapolis, Detroit, Iowa City and more. One chauffeur for the whole trip, one flat price, with stops when you need them. See long-distance car service and Milwaukee to Minneapolis car service.
