Pharaoh’s Transportation — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2023
Last Updated: October 20, 2026
Company Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all transportation services provided by Pharaoh’s Transportation, a luxury limousine, black car, and professional chauffeur service based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
By making a reservation, submitting payment, or using our transportation services, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable terms, including our booking, payment, cancellation, refund, waiting-time, and additional-charge policies.
These Terms & Conditions apply to airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly chauffeur services, weddings, private events, sporting events, concerts, conventions, corporate transportation, and other transportation services provided by Pharaoh’s Transportation.
Certain reservations are subject to additional restrictions, as outlined below.
1. Booking & Reservations
All reservations must be made through our official website, by phone, or through an approved booking system.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the customer receives confirmation by email, text message, or another authorized communication method.
Customers must provide accurate pickup dates, times, locations, destinations, passenger counts, luggage requirements, and other relevant reservation details.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their reservation confirmation and notifying Pharaoh’s Transportation of any errors before the scheduled service.
Last-minute reservations are accepted based on vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Pharaoh’s Transportation reserves the right to decline a reservation if the requested vehicle or service is unavailable.
Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and the applicable cancellation and modification policies.
2. Weddings & Private Event Reservations
Weddings, private celebrations, and other special events often require advanced planning and specific vehicle arrangements.
To ensure accurate availability and scheduling:
Customers must contact Pharaoh’s Transportation directly at (414) 322-3751 to confirm vehicle availability before booking weddings or private events.
Online wedding and private-event reservations must be submitted at least one (1) month before the scheduled event.
Online reservations submitted less than one month before the event are not guaranteed and may be declined or canceled if availability cannot be confirmed.
Reservation of a particular vehicle is subject to confirmation by our dispatch team.
Wedding and private-event pricing will be finalized after the requested vehicle, service duration, and itinerary have been verified.
Deposits collected for weddings and private events are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Customers must cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled event to avoid being charged the remaining reservation balance.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in the full reservation amount being charged.
Requests to change wedding or private-event reservations are subject to availability and approval.
For assistance with wedding or private-event transportation, contact our dispatch team at (414) 322-3751.
If an event reservation is specifically designated as a non-refundable major-event booking during the reservation process, the major-event policy in Section 6 will apply.
3. Payment Terms, Pricing & Processing Fees
Pharaoh’s Transportation maintains transparent payment and reservation procedures.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payment options.
Quoted transportation rates include applicable taxes and standard chauffeur gratuity unless otherwise specified in the reservation confirmation.
Additional gratuity is optional and may be provided at the customer’s discretion.
A 3.5% reservation processing fee applies where permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules. The applicable fee will be disclosed before payment is completed.
Processing fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, including when the underlying transportation charge qualifies for a refund.
No fee prohibited by applicable law or payment-network rules will be imposed.
Rates are based on the vehicle, itinerary, service duration, and transportation requirements confirmed at booking.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time, additional service hours, itinerary changes, special requests, or other services outside the original reservation.
Applicable additional charges are subject to the rates and payment authorization terms disclosed to the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the total charges before completing a reservation.
Pricing for weddings, private events, and customized transportation arrangements must be confirmed directly with our team.
4. Standard Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following cancellation terms apply to standard transportation reservations unless a stricter policy is applicable to the booking.
Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
Customers may cancel a standard reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Eligible cancellations will receive a refund of the transportation charges paid.
Any applicable non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Pickup
Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full reservation amount.
No refund will be issued for cancellations within this period, except where required by applicable law.
No-Shows
A customer who fails to appear for a confirmed reservation without properly canceling will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Customers must remain reachable using the contact information provided during booking.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
The actual time for funds to appear may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Processing fees remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
The standard 24-hour cancellation policy does not override the stricter cancellation conditions applicable to same-day, last-minute, wedding, private-event, or designated major-event reservations.
5. Same-Day & Last-Minute Reservation Policy
All reservations made on the same calendar day as the scheduled pickup or within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are considered same-day or last-minute reservations.
The following conditions apply:
All same-day and last-minute reservations are final and non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
These reservations cannot be canceled for a refund.
Customers may not transfer or change a confirmed last-minute reservation to another date or time.
Requests to modify a same-day reservation may be declined regardless of the reason for the requested change.
The full reservation amount remains payable if the customer changes plans, cancels, or fails to appear.
The applicable processing fee is also non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
By confirming and paying for a same-day or last-minute reservation, the customer acknowledges and accepts these restrictions.
All terms remain subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer refund rights.
6. Major Events & High-Demand Reservation Policy
Pharaoh’s Transportation provides transportation for sporting events, concerts, conventions, government functions, festivals, and other high-demand occasions.
Reservations designated as major-event bookings are subject to a strict, non-refundable reservation policy.
Major events include, but are not limited to:
NFL games and other professional or collegiate football events
The World Series, championship games, and other major sporting events
Government events, official functions, and high-security occasions
Major conventions, conferences, and trade shows
Concerts, music festivals, and entertainment events
Other major events with unusually high transportation demand
Major-Event Booking Conditions
All designated major-event reservations are final and non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
Customers may not cancel a confirmed major-event reservation for a refund.
Reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another date or time.
The full reservation amount remains payable if a customer’s personal plans change.
Event postponements, scheduling changes, or cancellations by event organizers do not automatically entitle customers to a transportation refund when Pharaoh’s Transportation remains able to provide the agreed transportation service.
Refunds or other remedies will be provided when required by applicable law, including circumstances in which Pharaoh’s Transportation cannot provide the contracted service and a refund is legally required.
Any applicable processing fee remains non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for verifying event dates, start times, venue locations, and transportation requirements before completing payment.
Any special non-refundable event conditions will be identified during the reservation process or in the booking confirmation.
By completing a designated major-event reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.
7. Additional Waiting Time, Overtime & Extra Charges
Reservations are based on the itinerary, service duration, and transportation arrangements agreed upon at the time of booking.
Additional waiting time or service beyond the confirmed reservation may result in extra charges.
Additional Waiting Time
Customers may be charged when the chauffeur is required to wait beyond the applicable complimentary waiting period.
Waiting-time charges are calculated according to the rates and billing increments disclosed during booking or otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
Any complimentary grace period will be identified in the reservation confirmation or applicable service terms.
Overtime & Extended Service
Additional charges may apply when:
The customer requests additional transportation hours.
The chauffeur is required to remain on duty beyond the scheduled reservation.
The customer requests unscheduled stops.
The planned itinerary is extended or materially changed.
An event or appointment runs longer than the originally reserved transportation period.
Overtime and additional service charges will be calculated using the applicable hourly or additional-service rates disclosed to the customer.
Charging the Payment Method on File
Customers authorize Pharaoh’s Transportation to charge the payment method on file for additional waiting time, overtime, extra stops, or other additional services incurred during the reservation, subject to the customer’s payment authorization.
Such charges may be processed after the transportation service has been completed.
Additional charges must be consistent with the disclosed rates, billing increments, and authorized reservation terms.
Customers are responsible for all applicable authorized charges associated with extended service.
By confirming a reservation and authorizing payment, customers agree to pay applicable additional charges incurred during the transportation service.
All charges are subject to applicable law.
8. Airport Pickup, Flight Monitoring & Delays
Pharaoh’s Transportation provides airport transportation services that may include flight monitoring and complimentary waiting time.
Airport reservations generally include a complimentary waiting period, typically ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the pickup arrangement.
The exact complimentary waiting period, when applicable, is determined by the reservation terms.
Additional waiting-time charges may apply after the complimentary period expires.
Pharaoh’s Transportation monitors flight information when a valid flight number is supplied.
Customers must provide accurate airline and flight details when booking.
Customers are responsible for notifying dispatch of flight cancellations, significant itinerary changes, or other circumstances that may affect their reservation.
Flight monitoring does not automatically guarantee unlimited complimentary waiting time or changes to the original reservation.
Changes to pickup arrangements remain subject to vehicle availability and applicable booking terms.
Customers should contact dispatch promptly if they experience unexpected delays.

Customers are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning requirements resulting from their use of the vehicle.
Additional charges may include:
Repairs to damaged vehicle interiors or exteriors
Professional cleaning for excessive spills or stains
Sanitation services required after passenger sickness or vomiting

Applicable charges will be based on the damage, cleaning requirements, and reasonable associated costs.
Authorized charges may be billed to the payment method on file after the service has been completed.
Customers may contact Pharaoh’s Transportation to request clarification regarding any cleaning or damage charges.
11. Vehicle Availability & Substitutions
Vehicle reservations are subject to availability and operational requirements.
Passenger and luggage capacities must not be exceeded.
Pharaoh’s Transportation may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater passenger-service capacity and comparable service class if the originally scheduled vehicle becomes unavailable.
Substitutions may occur because of maintenance, mechanical issues, scheduling changes, weather, or other operational circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide transportation consistent with the confirmed reservation.
If a requested vehicle has been specifically guaranteed under a separate written agreement, the terms of that agreement will apply.
Vehicle availability may vary during major events, holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high demand.
12. Child Safety Seats
Pharaoh’s Transportation prioritizes passenger safety and compliance with applicable child passenger restraint requirements.
Customers must notify us when traveling with infants or children who require safety seats.
Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate child safety seats unless a different arrangement has been expressly confirmed.
Child safety seats must comply with applicable laws and manufacturer requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that children are properly secured in appropriate restraints.
Transportation may be declined if legally required child restraints are unavailable or cannot be used safely.
Applicable child safety seat requirements may vary depending on the pickup location, destination, vehicle classification, and jurisdiction.
