This company is terrible. I'm a disabled vet, so I booked a pick-up from the airport from this company. He assured me that they were professional and tracks the plane route and arrival time even if its delayed. I specifically asked what happens when the plane is late , his reply was "we are professionals and we will know". Last night in Milwaukee, we all know about the weather challenge. The city closed the airport temporally due to weather. One in a million! This company did try and reach out to me regarding the pending pick up or anything. They simply sent the car without checking. The car set at a closed airport and failed to communicate or check on flight status. I called to make sure my wife's pickup was still ok. The driver refuse to commit to the return pick-up and the owner said they would not go back to airport. After being very rude with little compassion to the issue , I choose to get a cab and go pick up my wife. They did not offer any refund or apology for this issue. I will be sharing this on all social media along with my family members ... Don't use this service.

I wanted to arrange round trip transportation to the MKE airport for our flight to Florida. I haven’t used a limo service for personal use before so after much due diligence I chose Pharaoh's Transportation and I’m happy to say I made the right choice! We required a 3:30am home pickup on a Sunday morning and due to a three hour delay on our return flight the airport pickup ended up being pushed to 1am. The car was great, driver was courteous and professional, and he was on time for both pickups. I would highly recommend using Pharaoh's Transportation.

We have used Pharaoh for our the last few vacations. Wen always fly out of O'hare and that's just not a drive we want to make. We count on Pharaohs.

On recent trips we have been picked up by Mo, Moon, and Khalid. All three arrived on time, in a very nice luxury SUV, and all three are very personable and very professional gentlemen.

We receive texts from the drivers the day before each pickup and find this very reassuring. And the vehicles they use are truly luxury - on our last few trips we were treated to Lincoln Escalade SUVs. The vehicles are brand new and meticulously maintained.

When we take a vacation, we want the best service possible to start our trip right (and to end it). Rest assured that Pharaohs is the best limo service in the Milwaukee area. I am retired now but would not hesitate to call Pharaohs for rides to the airport for business. Whether pleasure or business, the start of any trip is important. Pharaohs ensures that will happen.

This was a tremendous service. Our flight was severely delayed and our driver, Moon, waited for us for two hours at the airport. He drove us an hour and a half in a spacious and comfortable van. Every step of the process from scheduling to pickup and drop-off was great. Giant stress reliever. We had a flight delay which resulted in an early morning arrival, and someone was waiting with a smile to pick us up and drive us home. So glad to have found Pharaoh. We had an excellent experience with this Limo company for our wedding. They were very professional, flexible and accommodating when we wanted to decorate it. Day of were on time with great communication. Very safe with refreshments and snacks offered throughout the whole time. From the scheduling and booking several weeks prior to the day of our event details, our transportation was seamless. Our driver Moon reached out to me two days before our event to confirm the pick up time and to introduce himself. The day of he confirmed his arrival and waited patiently for us to load. The van was very clean and looked new! He brought sparkling wine and beer for us to toast the start of our celebration. After our event, he arrived early and waited to pick us up, and again was patient as it took us about 15 minutes to gather our things and load up. He had the cup holders filled with waters and sodas for the drive home. He let us have fun and DJ the whole ride and made sure we were all comfortable and home safe. Moon was extremely professional and I would highly recommend Pharoah’s transportation services! I will definitely be using them again!
