These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Pharaoh’s Transportation, a luxury limousine and black car service based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations must be made through our website, phone, or approved booking system.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation via email or message.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, including time, date, and location.
  • Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved online payments.
  • Prices quoted are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Extra stops
    • Extended wait time
    • Special requests

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in partial or full charges.
  • No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Wait Time & Delays

  • Airport pickups include complimentary wait time (typically 30–60 minutes).
  • Additional wait time will be billed accordingly.
  • We monitor flights, but customers must notify us of major delays or changes.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.
  • The following are prohibited:
    • Smoking in vehicles
    • Illegal substances
    • Damage or disorderly behavior
  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused during service.

6. Vehicle Use & Availability

  • Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Service availability may vary due to demand, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

7. Safety & Liability

  • Pharaoh’s Transportation prioritizes safety and professionalism.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Traffic delays or road conditions
    • Missed flights due to external factors
    • Lost or forgotten personal items

8. Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol is permitted only where legally allowed and for passengers of legal age.
  • Service may be refused if safety becomes a concern.

9. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Safety is compromised
  • Payment issues arise

10. Privacy

  • Customer information is used only for booking and communication purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
